OUR STORY

Our winery was established in 2002 in Felvidék, in Muzsla, one of the flagships of the Southern Slovak Wine Region, building on decades of tradition. We are dedicated to crafting artisanal wines that have a unique, distinctive, and easily recognizable style, where the grape variety, the terroir, and most importantly, the winemaker's personality can be distinctly perceived as a trademark.

In our winemaking process, we integrate modern innovations while staying true to natural methods, regional traditions, and our family heritage.

We place great importance on yield limitation, environmentally friendly plant protection, and avoiding additives and auxiliary substances during winemaking.

Estate

We currently cultivate 1.5 hectares, with our vineyards home to Királyleányka, Irsai Olivér, Rhine Riesling, Dunaj, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Mézes Fehér grape varieties.

Over the years, our old vineyards have been rejuvenated, and in recent years, we have replanted them ourselves. All our vines are cultivated using a single Guyot trellis system, which requires a significant amount of manual labor, but the vines reward our efforts with exceptional quality.

Southern Slovak Wine Region – Muzsla

The Southern Slovak Wine Region officially covers 5,345 hectares. If we separate the Lower Garam area, we get a relatively uniform wine region of about 3,500–4,000 hectares in terms of characteristics and culture.

  • The Southern Slovak region consists of eight wine-producing subregions and 129 municipalities.
